Colchester United legend Kevin Watson is back at the club after taking up a role as an academy coach.
The 40-year-old, who played a big part in helping the U's win a historic promotion to the Championship for the first time in their history in 2006, will help coach the club's under-11 side in a part-time role.
Watson made more than 150 league and cup appearances for Colchester after joining them from Reading in 2004, scoring four times.
Working alongside Liam Bailey, the former Spurs midfielder will coach the youngsters at Thurstable School on Wednesday afternoons and some Saturdays, along with presiding over their games every Sunday.
