Roy Keane has identified a major problem – the number of “home” players within his struggling Ipswich Town squad.
The Blues have an excellent record at Portman Road, having not lost on Suffolk soil since their September defeat against Newcastle.
In marked contrast, there have been some miserable away days at places like Crystal Palace, Preston, Blackpool and Peterborough.
Keane said: "We haven’t been beaten at home since September.
“But it’s the biggest insult you can give a player to say they’re a ‘home’ player.
“How are you ever going to make progress as a player or as a team?
“Obviously certain players don’t like travelling and that’s where we’ve come up short."
