MALDON TOWN boss Russell Tanner has a welcome bonus of 19 players to choose from for tomorrow's top seven trip to Edgware Town.

The high-flying Middlesex team (currently fourth in the Rymans League division one north) have lost only once at home this season.

And Tanner said the "Wares" White Horse ground is not the greatest and is one of the reasons why their home record is so good.

That said, the Maldon chief remains confident his team can achieve a positive result.

He said: "They are a big team and are currently the league's draw specialists.

"We drew with them at our place earlier in the season and we'll go there tomorrow with a plan and full of confidence that we can achieve what we set out to do.

"We are creating plenty of chances, but as we proved when going down at home to Redbridge last week if you gift your opposition a couple of goals, as we did, you make the job very hard for yourselves.

"We'll be looking to sharpen up our concentration at the back in a bid not to give anything away.

"And as we found out last week if you don't take your chances you get punished."

Long-term injury victim Ross Parmenter is back in the squad for the first time in a long time.
