Stanway Rovers are missing key players as they prepare for tomorrow’s Thurlow Nunn League premier division contest at home to Kirkley & Pakefield.

In-form Rovers will be hoping to continue their bright start to the premier division.

They received a further boost after securing a safe passage into the next round of the FA Vase, courtesy of a 2-1 win over Barking.

“We have five senior players out injured at the moment – Matt Stace, Adam Hampson, Martin Calver, Lee Cullen and Danny Claxton,” said boss Angelo Harrop.

“Mark Maher was unavailable last weekend, too, and all six will be missing again tomorrow. On the flip side, the good news is that Jake Clowsley returns.”
