JODY Brown is under no illusions on how tough the task ahead of his Heybridge Swifts players is.
They are in the midst of a gruelling run of four Ryman League division one north games.
They beat leaders VCD Athletic 3-0 on Saturday, fought back for a 1-1 draw against visiting Cheshunt on Tuesday night, face Thurrock tonight and are away at Aveley on Saturday.
Swifts manager Brown said: “I am under no illusions.
“It’s going to be a tough game against Thurrock tonight.
“They are one of the best teams in the division.
“We are going to have some very tired legs out there.
“I took the decision to rest some players on Tuesday night and we are going to have to see if that pays off.”
