  • "Angryman, I think that's one of the main problems, From time to time I think the attitude of some of the players stinks. JD praises their characters but for me some of the characters we've picked up are too weak, which is why we've been able to pick them up in the first place. If we had players who rolled up their sleeves and gave their all in every match the supporters would be fully behind them, but as you and I know that is simply not the case."

Sanchez Watt admits Colchester United’s trip to play his former side Crawley Town is a “must-win” game for the U’s.

Joe Dunne’s team head to the Broadfield Stadium this weekend just three points above the League One relegation zone.

Colchester lie a place below the Red Devils in the table and know a win could lift them as high as 14th in the table.

And winger Watt knows that victory at Crawley, who he helped win promotion while on loan in the 2011-12 season, can give the U’s a big lift.

Watt said: “It’s a must-win game for us and we don’t want to leave there with anything less than three points."
