Drey Wright is expected to feature for Colchester United in their Essex Senior Cup semi-final at Concord Rangers tonight.
The teenage winger made his first appearance for more than five months when he played 45 minutes in the U’s under-21 friendly defeat at Southend United, on Tuesday.
And Wright is set to feature again for Colchester against the Beachboys, as he continues his comeback from knee surgery.
The U’s are also hoping that midfielder Alex Gilbey will get some game time at the Aspect Arena, following his recent hamstring injury.
And the likes of Tosin Olufemi and Jordan Sanderson are also set to figure for Richard Hall’s side, in the semi-final tie.
