A TEAM’S decision to withdraw from the Thurlow Nunn League could have repercussions for WIVENHOE TOWN and FC CLACTON.

CRC are disbanding at the end of the season and have formally resigned from the league.

It means there will be one less team in the premier division – and therefore only two sides, rather than three, might be relegated.

The picture is very cloudy and there are other possible repercussions, not least the fact five teams have applied for Ryman League football.
