Dominic Vose has extended his deal with Colchester United until the end of the season.
The U's attacker has impressed since joining them as a free agent, after joining them on a monthly contract in November.
Vose, 20, has made nine appearances for Joe Dunne's side over recent weeks and was in excellent form in their 3-0 win over Gillingham, last Saturday.
The former West Ham United youngster was offered a contract extension by Colchester and has now put pen to paper to agree to stay at the Weston Homes Community Stadium until the end of the current campaign.
