Lakin takes over at Stanway Rovers

BARRY Lakin has been confirmed as the new manager of Stanway Rovers.
Steve Pitt's former assistant was unveiled this morning, having been offered the post last night.
"I wanted to sleep on it but informed the club I would like the job this morning," said Lakin, who was also assistant boss at Heybridge Swifts.
Lakin, who is taking over until the end of the season, will confirm his assistant tomorrow evening.
Pitt was sacked on Saturday afternoon.
