Colchester United manager Joe Dunne has praised the club's fans for their support at Brisbane Road last night.
More than 600 Colchester followers made the trip to east London to see their in-form side register a 2-0 win over Leyton Orient.
Dunne said: "The fans were incredible.
"They really enjoyed themselves and they were very loud.
"Their support has been excellent and I'm so pleased for them.
"I want them to be proud of the club - I've said that from day one.
"A Colchester United team is respected when it shows effort and commitment and we've also passed the ball well."
Meanwhile, U's midfielder Anthony Wordsworth will miss their trip to play Shrewsbury Town on Saturday after picking up his fifth caution of the season at Leyton Orient last night.
Wordsworth, who scored the U's opener in their win at Brisbane Road, will now serve a one-match ban.

I was at the Matchroom Stadium on Tuesday evening - and what a great place it was to be!
The U's were superb, playing with such verve and confidence.
On leaving the ground an O's fan was very compliementary about the way we had played....and I was beaming with pride!
Well done to Joe and Mark for being so energetic on the touchline too.
Only slight downside I felt was our undisciplined approach to giving away some soft fouls and unnecessary yellow cards in the second-half. In his current form we'll certainly miss Woody on Saturday. But, there again, we may have missed Watt on Tuesday...but in the end it hardly showed!
Well done to the team and management for giving us an excellent evening out in East London.
