Ten cars and houses in a Colchester street have been "tagged" with graffiti.

Houses and vehicles in Dickenson Street, Mile End, were all daubed with "hwc", believed to be the tag for the "Highwoods Crew", in the early hours of Tuesday.

The door of one house was covered with the words: "Don't buy me."

Homes in Bolsin Drive and flats in nearby Bradford Drive and Hakewill Way were also targeted, while empty cans of spray paint were found nearby later on.

Borough councillor Martin Goss (Lib Dem, Mile End) said he believed hundreds of pounds of damage had been caused overall.

An Essex Police spokesman said they had received 10 reports of graffiti being painted on houses and cars.

  • Two teenagers have been arrested and were being questioned by police in connection with the incidents.

Tagged? Why not call it by the correct name? Mindless vandalism and criminal damage.

It would be good if those responsible could be "tagged" by having "I am a brainless d*ckhead" stamped on their foreheads! Alas the PC Police would not allow this.

"Highwoods Crew"? How gay is that! I bet they are about as tough as Julian Clary's camper brother.

What would be "Art" would be to break into one of their Chav hovels, grab the little toerag and shove his aerosol can up his rectum as far as it will possibly go, before igniting it.

The resulting exploding bowels and intestines strewn over the walls and ceiling would be potentially Turner Prize-winning!

Now that Layer Road is out of use for football, how about utilising it on Saturday afternoons for Chav Hanging?

You could start with these scum, then move on to the main event and string up the River Colne murderer Alec Young (blimey, he's a looker, isnt he).

I bet you would get a full house every Saturday (unlike Col U).

How about I "tag" the gravestones of your family? Then tell me it's art.

Having carried extensive research into why these people , and I use the term loosely, feel the need to wrecklessly mar the property and bank accounts of hard working facists like myself is utterly beyond me. I beleive that anyone who endevors to express themselves in even the most minor of ways should be melted down and turned into paint and subsequently resold to themselves and then used to cover up whatever unsightly, heroin induced image that they have p*ssed out of the back of their *rses onto a building side. In closing, I will vote BNP in the next election because this would never have happened under the NAZIS
