Witham's singing legend Olly Murs is hoping to take the world by storm after landing a record deal.
His friends, family and fans are ecstatic about the news.
The X Factor runner up of Carraways, Witham, has signed a joint deal with music mogul Simon Cowell, whose label is Syco, and Epic Records, which also signed previous X Factor runners up JLS.
