Ice causes hazardous conditions

ICE rather than snow is causing problems for motorists across north Essex this morning.
Traffic is queuing on the B1027 Brightlingsea Road, Wivenhoe, and on the A133 in Clacton.
Both roads have reports of extremely hazardous road conditions, and motorists are urged to drive carefully.
Once again dozens of schools are shut across the region, leaving parents struggling to provide child care.
