A charity shop is desperately appealing for stock.
Age UK in the Grove Centre, Witham, has issued an urgent plea because downstairs clothes rails are empty.
Shop manager Sally Hedman said: “I have never known it so bad.
“I’m really struggling for stock.
“The last couple of week’s donations have been dropping off.
“A lot of people tend to do car boot sales because of the nice weather.”
To highlight the stock crisis, shop models are naked with notes pinned to them regarding the appeal.
