A TALK will be held to mark the 100th anniversary of the Royal Air Force.

Stow Maries Great War Aerodrome in Purleigh will be hosting a talk with historian Eric Simonelli next Sunday, April 29.

The Sunday Lecture Programme is a series of monthly talks to commemorate 100 years of the Royal Air Force.

This month, the interactive talk will give advice on tracing your relatives from the former Royal Flying Corps and Royal Naval Air Service as well as the Royal Air Force.

It takes research further than service records, finding squadron diaries and using other sources such as the London Gazette.

There is also an optional tour.

The talk starts at 2pm.

Tickets are £12 and no pre-booking is required. For more details, visit www. stowmaries.org.uk.
