Six people have been arrested after a man was threatened with a knife during a burglary.
The incident happened at an address in Walnut End, Southminster, yesterday, Monday, March 12, at around 3.55pm.
Three men, one armed with a knife, entered the address and threatened a man inside before taking a mobile phone and BB gun and leaving.
Six people were later arrested at Soutminster Railway Station at around 4.40pm.
A 14-year-old boy from Althorne, a 17-year-old girl from Romford, a 17-year-old boy from London, a 19-year-old man from Southminster, and a 22-year-old man from Mayland have all been arrested on suspicion of aggravated burglary.
A 20-year-old man from Mayland has been arrested on suspicion of aggravated burglary and possession of Class B or C drugs.
All six are in custody this morning.
