Little ones can be treated to a visit to see Santa Claus as part of a farm’s annual festive fun.

The Father Christmas Experience at Marsh Farm in South Woodham Ferrers begins this weekend.

Youngsters can graduate through the Elf Academy, meet Mother Christmas and decorate a gingerbread, before meeting Santa in his grotto.

After visiting Saint Nick they can head to the toy shop and make their own furry friend and visit the post office with their letters for Father Christmas.

The two-and-a half hour magic experience is aimed at families.

The event runs throughout November and December.

Tickets start at £23 for children and £12 for adults, with under one’s going free.

Activities and the tour are included in the price.
