YOUNGSTERS have been planting flowers as part of Pride in Burnham.
The two primary schools and five preschools and playgroups have been taking part in the event for a decade placing flowers at Burnham Station, Burnham Library and outside the Co-op.
The planting is organised by former town councillor Una Norman.
She said: “We have found that they have taken ownership of these places, and feel very much part of the enhancement that takes place here each year.
“The residents here in Burnham are extremely proud of them.”
