A MAN has been banned from driving for 12 months after admitting drug driving.
Daryl Bunn, 25, of Steeple Road, Mayland, was found to have 61 microgrammes of Benzoylecgonine, the main metabolite of cocaine, per litre of blood, when he was stopped on Washington Road, Maldon, on February 24.
The legal limit is 50.
At Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on April 11 he was banned from driving for 12 months, fined £400 and ordered to pay a £40 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.
