A band famous for a trombone player’s sneeze will be performing tomorrow.

The Salvation Army Chelmsford will be holding a charity concert tomorrow, Saturday, April 17, at 7pm at the Salvation Army centre, Baddow Road, Chelmsford.

Tickets are £5 and the proceeds will go to the Salvation Army’s Big Collection which helps fund the SA’s social work in the UK.

Tickets can be booked by phoning 01245 490998. Tickets will also be available on the door.

The concert will feature the Chelmsford SA band, but the special guests for the evening will be the SA’s London Central Fellowship band, who gained fame as the band in the YouTube hit, the Tiptree Sneeze which has recorded more than 2.6 million hits since it was published.

Trombonist Trevor Smith was playing in St Luke's Parish Church in Tiptree, when he sneezed into his instrument.

The sneeze was captured on film and gained global attention on the internet.

Mr Smith has since been nicknamed Sneezer by the band.
