A young mum was left without food for her children when Asda did not deliver her shopping.
Rebecca Tompkins, 23, spent her last £25 on an online order for it's 'Click and Collect' service to Heybridge Asda.
Her carefully laid plans were disrupted when she went to collect her shopping and was told it had not been delivered.
She said: "They told me they didn't have any delvieries that day.
"It wasn't just me, it happened to others too.
"We have called up every single day speaking to customer services and they have said so many different things to us."
