Two people have been charged and bailed after being arrested at the Park Drive, Maldon recycling centre.
Police were called to the Essex County Council Recycling Centre at 3am last Wednesday after reports there were people on the site.
Two people were arrested at the site and have been charged with one count of theft.
They have been bailed and will appear at Chelmsford Magistrates Court in January.
