Plans submitted for six new homes in Burnham
A small scale housing development is in the pipeline for Burnham.
Dr Hamid Latif has submitted an outline application for six new homes on land to the rear of 60A Maldon Road.
The application is also for a change of use to residential and the demolition of number 58 Maldon Road.
Maldon District Council received the application this month and has a target date of March 5 to deal with it.
