Blackwater Leisure Centre given the go ahead for new aerobics studio
Plans have been given the go ahead for major refurbishment at Maldon and Burnham leisure centres.
Maldon’s Blackwater Leisure Centre is set to gain a new aerobics studio within a new single storey extension as part of the £2million investment across both centres.
Both Maldon and the Dengie Hundred Leisure Centre will benefit from new fitness facilities and new equipment.
Bidwells submitted a planning application on behalf of Places for People, which was awarded the contract to run both leisure centres for a ten year period in June.
