Clive Owen film Hemingway and Gelhorn helps Harwich's old cinema

A CHARITY film showing raised £1,000 for digital equipment at one the country’s oldest purpose built cinemas.

Hollywood star Clive Owen ran a question and answer session at the Electric Palace in King’s Quay Street in Harwich on Sunday night.

Audiences were treated to a special showing of his upcoming film Hemingway and Gelhorn, which tells the story of a journalist and her writer husband.
