Bumper calendar of half term activities for youngsters in Harwich

SCHOOL children will be getting in to the Olympic spirit during a calendar of events for the half term holidays.

An Olympic gold medallist will be teaching children gymnastics moves at Harwich Community Primary on Barrack Lane, Harwich, on Wednesday February 15.

Sport is a theme running through the programme which runs from Monday February 13 – Saturday February 18.

Youngsters can also make teddy bears and learn about chocolate as well as create sweets and take part in a safari fun day.

Activities take place throughout Harwich and Dovercourt including All Saints Primary School on Main Road, Chase Lane Primary on Chase Lane and Spring Meadows Primary on Pound Farm Drive.
