THE STANDARD is following five dieters for two months to track their quest for fitness.
Together they have lost nearly two stones in their first fortnight fighting to get fit.
They have told us their stories as we catch up with them once every two weeks.
Tony Murry, 54, from Lee Road, Dovercourt, is slimming his body shape and toning up by spending five days a week training.
He has lost two pounds in the last two weeks and has also turned fat from his 17 stone 7 frame to muscle.
Tony is doing an hour of cardiovascular workout twice a week at Universal Fitness, on Station Road, Dovercourt. He is also completing fifteen minutes of cardio followed by 45 minutes of weights three times a week.
