Garage scheme will create flat
CHANGES are to take place at a council property to create a one-bedroom home for a tenant.
Churchill Court in Parkeston Road, Dovercourt, is owned and operated by Tendring Council.
The additional flat will be provided by converting existing garages on the ground floor below numbers 7 to 18 at the site. As well as the flat, there will be a new community liaison office and storage units.
