Harwich and North Essex MP Bernard Jenkin Transport Secretary Patrick McLoughlin and Witham MP Priti Patel at the House of Commons on Wednesday to discuss Government plans to support the funding of a feasibility study into upgrading the road between Braintree and Marks Tey.
