NEW volunteers will be recruited during a week-long event.
St Helena Hospice will have staff and volunteers on hand at all of its 14 shops across north-east Essex to answer questions.
The charity needs volunteers to work in its shops, which include one in Dovercourt.
Bob Coe, St Helena Hospice music and collectables shop volunteer, said: “I have been volunteering for around five-and-a-half years now.
“Volunteering has enabled me to continue to use some of the knowledge and skills I acquired during my working career and after retirement for the benefit of a charity.”
If you are interested in becoming a volunteer for St Helena Hospice, drop in to one of the shops between Monday and April 18 to find out more, call 01206 890170 or go to sthelenahospice.org.uk
