Appeal lodged after Mistley homes plan is refused
AN appeal has been launched after plans for two homes were refused.
Tendring Council turned down the plans for the properties on The Heath, in Mistley, last year.
The two detached properties would have been built next to a current home. Now the applicants have lodged an appeal over the refusal.
