Road in Lawford to close for bridge work
A ROAD in Lawford will be closed for one night to allow for a railway bridge to be examined.
The A137 will be shut from 10pm on Monday to 6am on Tuesday.
Network Rail is carrying out a detailed examination of the bridge, which is close to Manningtree railway station.
A similar examination will take place again in July.
