A PARADE and service will be held to mark 100 years since the Gallipoli campaign during the First World War.
The commemoration event will take place in Manningtree on April 26 and is being organised by the Royal British Legion.
The service will be at the Manningtree War Memorial at 11am.
Fighting began in Gallipoli on April 25, 1915, and the campaign finished on January 9, 1916, with the Allies having lost around 214,000 men.
