A SEAFRONT tourist attraction is set to be transformed with an investment of up to £30,000.
Work is in the pipeline to enhance the Putting Green on Lower Marine Parade, in Dovercourt.
Harwich Town Council has proposed to foot the bill up front and recoup the money through Section 106 cash generated from housing schemes in the town.
It will include a new putting kiosk and picnic area.
Councillor Charlie Powell, who is chair of the Putting Green working party, said: “We are hoping to get it up and running before Easter.”
