POLICE have released CCTV images of a woman they want to identify in connection with the theft of money from a supermarket checkout.
It is alleged the woman went into the Asda store in Main Road, Dovercourt, at around 11.15am on September 23 and removed £20 from a till at a self-service checkout.
The money had been left by another shopper.
It has been reported to police as no attempt was made to hand the money back in.
Anybody who recognises the woman is asked to contact Pc Kirk at Harwich Neighbourhood Crime Team on 101 or call Crimestoppers on 0800555111.
