A NEW specialist adviser has been brought in to help boost business in Tendring.
Andy Brouard has taken on Tendring Council’s new business adviser role, which is aimed at helping to understand what help and advice firms need to help the district’s economy to grow.
The newly-created job, within the council’s regeneration team, will look to establish better communication with companies and help local firms develop
Mr Brouard, 47, said: “I am here to listen to our business community so that the council can deliver tangible support which meets the specific needs of firms in Tendring.”
The council is hoping to follow the role with the appointment of a Harwich and Dovercourt officer and a funding officer.
