A PUBLIC meeting has been called for residents air their views on new homes plans for a former village primary school.
The disused Ramsey Primary School could be transformed into two new homes with five more built it its grounds, if the latest proposals get the go-ahead.
Parish David Smith said residents just want to see something done to the "eyesore".
"From my point of you people just want something there, it's a right mess at the moment."
The public meeting will be held at Ramsey War Memorial Hall next Wednesday at 7pm where villagers can view the plans and discuss them with councillors.
