Braintree district: Farleigh Hospice prepares for annual fundraising walk

Braintree district residents are invited to take part in the Walk for Life for Farleigh Hospice.

It takes place on May 13 and there are two scenic walks to chose from - a longer 22km route from Heybridge Basin to Chelmsford which sets off between 8.30am and 10.30am, and a shorter 10.5km route from Paper Mill Lock to Chelmsford which starts between 9.30am and midday.

There is a £10 registration fee for adults and a £5 fee for children under 16.

The last date to register is May 2.
