A business has donated much needed items to an animal shelter.

FSE Foundry, in the Springwood Industrial Estate, Braintree, dropped off the donations to RSPCA Danaher, based in Wethersfield.

Gary Miller, furnaceman at FSE Foundry, said: “I would like to thank all my work friends and colleagues for their continuing help and support in raising funds and collecting for the RSPCA at Danaher.

“It always improves working relations to collect for the RSPCA as most of us support animals and like to offer our help wherever we can.”

Home manager Deborah Satchell said: “I’d like to thank everyone at FSE Foundry for their generous donations this year.

“You’ve certainly beaten last years.

“Support from local businesses is invaluable to us and the animals and we couldn’t operate successfully without it.

“I’d like to wish FSE Foundry and all our supporters a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

“Thank you all so much.

“Lots of love, licks, barks, purrs and tickling whiskers from all the animals and staff at Danaher.”
