A village will soon be able to raise a pint of its community brewed beer.
Production has started at Pumphouse Brewery, in Toppesfield, with the first batch of beer currently conditioning before it will be put into casks.
The beer is created by analytical chemist Phil Snowdon, 59.
He has been making his own home brew for 15 years, and started brewing commercially in his home village of Helions Bumpstead a couple of years ago.
