Budding young artists got to show off their work at an exhibition at their school.

All 313 children at Earls Colne Primary School produced a piece of art at school and then were able to exhibit in a professional-style gallery.

Children viewed the artwork along with adults and were able to purchase the framed work.

Early Years children did some painting and Key Stage One youngsters did a collage based on Eric Carle’s the Hungry Caterpillar.

The Lower Juniors tried out pointillism, where small dots are used to make an image, and the Upper Juniors made pop-art out of chocolate wrappers.
