A dog left abandoned in woods has been rehomed.
Staffordshire bull terrier Dime was left tied to a tree in Chalkney Woods, in Earls Colne, in April.
Luckily for her, she was found by passing dog walkers and taken to the RSPCA Danaher Animal Home, in Wethersfield.
A spokesman for the animal centre said: “She has been rehomed by a family who absolutely adore her.”
