Plans submitted for up to 60 new Great Yeldham homes
Plans have been submitted to build up to 60 new homes on the site of an industrial estate.
A concept plan has been submitted by the Granville Group to build on the Hunnable Industrial Estate in Toppesfield Road, Great Yeldham.
The site had been earmarked for about 45 houses under the council’s Local Development Framework (LDF) housing plan, which was abandoned in the summer.
The design and access statement refers back to the LDF, raising the prospect that future plans could include the building of a new school.
