Does this mean we will have even more cyclists cycling on pedestrian only pavements? One evening I was on a pedestrian only pavement near north station when a cyclist came up behind me and asked me to move out of his way! He then proceeded to cycle over a pedestrian crossing which is also ilegal. I hope he reads this, he get off the 5.20pm train from Liverpool Street and wears a white helmet and I believe a yellow reflective jacket and has a bike which folds.
