Scene - Martin Dines was found in St Mary's Car Park
A WOMAN has been charged with murder after a man was found dead in a car park.
Heidi Kennedy, 46, was arrested on Monday in connection with the death of Martin Dines who was found in St Mary's Car Park earlier the same day.
Kennedy appeared in Colchester Magistrates' Court today and was remanded in custody.

She will next appear at Chelsmford Crown Court on Friday.
Kennedy has also been charged with assaulting a woman in Colchester on Sunday.
Tributes - Martin Dines
Two men aged 32 and 45 arrested on suspicion of murder remain in police custody.
A 47-year-old man also arrested on suspicion of murder has been released under investigation.
