A ROBBER grabbed a woman by her wrists and stole her mobile phone and purse.
The victim, in her twenties, was walking in London Road, Kelvedon, near to the Knight Group offices, when the incident happened.
A black Audi A3 car was parked in the road and the driver call for the woman to come over.
As she did, the male driver reached through the car window and grabbed her by the wrists. He took her phone which was in her hand.
As he had hold of her, he told the woman to hand over her purse which he could see in her bag. She did and he drove off.
The incident happened at 10.10am on Monday.
