Four-vehicle accident blocks the A12 at Kelvedon
THERE has been a four-vehicle crash on the A12.
The road is blocked northbound at the Kelvedon bypass, between junctions 23 and 24.
Queues are back to junction 21 Witham south.
It happened at about 12.25pm.
UPDATE 1.09PM: All lanes have been re-opened.
