Colchester General Hospital holds jobs fair
NURSES and healthcare assistants were offered work on the spot at a jobs fair.
The trust which runs Colchester General Hospital held its first fair with the aim of recruiting new staff quickly.
Out of the 90 applicants interviewed on the day for healthcare assistant roles, 67 were offered positions on the same day.
Four people were also offered nursing posts.
