New High Street shop opened by Brightlingsea resident

A NEW independent clothes shop has opened up in Brightlingsea.
Lisa Wallace set up her first business Divas, selling ladies’ clothing, handbags and shoes, and began trading four weeks ago.
The life-long Brightlingsea resident said the High Street shop had enjoyed a good first month.
"The response has been wonderful, everyone has come in and I’ve had some lovely comments on the clothes and the price, so I’m really happy with it all," said Lisa, 41.
"I always wanted to have my own shop. I was working in one before, when it closed down, and I thought ‘why not start my own?’."
Divas is open Monday - Wednesday and Fridays 9.30am-5pm, Thursdays 9.30am-1pm, and Saturdays 10am-4pm. It is closed on Sundays.
